Direct Hire
Mark Staffing will manage the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and skills testing of applicants, and refer suitable candidates for your open position, offering you a cost effective method of hiring. All direct hire placements also come with a three month guarantee.
Flexible-to-Direct Hire
The Mark Staffing Field Associate remains on our flexible staffing payroll for a pre-established evaluation period, typically 12 weeks, in order to assess the Field Associate's fit with your company. Once this period is completed, you can hire the Field Associate on directly as your employee for a minimal fee.
Payrolling
If your company has an individual that you wish to employ, but is unable to hire them directly, Mark Staffing can employ this person as one of our Field Associates and administer all payroll-related functions.
Innovative Learning Centre
Open since 1995, the Mark Staffing Innovative Learning Centre has a full-time, in-house instructor to help update and enhance your employees' software skills and knowledge.
Skills Assessments
Mark Staffing has the ability to perform extensive computer software assessments for your potential/existing employees. Each question measures a fundamental skill typically required by the software user in a variety of settings.
