In 1995, Mark Staffing opened our Innovative Learning Centre to meet the software training needs of our clients and our Field Associates. To our knowledge, Mark Staffing is the only staffing service provider that has a computer training centre with a dedicated full-time instructor and complimentary training for our Field Associates.

Through our Innovative Learning Centre, Mark Staffing is able to offer more than 60 software courses, while also providing skills assessments and testing.

Our clients can benefit from the Innovative Learning Centre in several ways: trust that our employees are trained and prepared for any role; utilize students in the school to fill last minute, or emergency, vacancies; or register for one-on-one computer software training.

At any time, while on or between assignments, our Field Associates are invited to access complimentary training through our Innovative Learning Centre. It is important to note that a candidate has not successfully completed a course until a 90%, or higher, test score is achieved post training.

Our Training Facilitator, Bob Wilson, has led the Innovative Learning Centre since 1998. Bob has over 20 years experience teaching PC software in both the classroom and individual environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education, both from the University of Calgary. Bob is certified as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Master for MS Office 2007. To date, Bob is one of a few select individuals who are recognized MCAS Masters in Alberta.
